Classical Music Society - Music of Friends
The Classical Music Society invites you to join us for a series of Music of Friends. The Society provides concerts on Sunday afternoons in an intimate setting with great acoustics.
The Music of Friends series will feature classical/chamber music.
Chamber music is a form of classical music. Most broadly the word "Chamber" signifies music that can be performed in a small room, often in a private salon, with an intimate atmosphere by a soloist or small number of performers. Because of its intimate nature, chamber music has been described as "the music of friends". Thus, we have named our 2011-2012 concert series Music of Friends.
